* 7/1/26 After submission, you’ll receive 2 emails from us spaced apart. The 1st is an automated reply that simply confirms your new username on SWA Run. It’s only after you’ve received the 2nd email (where we notify you that we’ve confirmed your SWA employment) that you’ll have access to the site. This usually happens within a couple hours, but thru most of July 2026 I’ll be in remote parts of Alaska with minimal Cell and Internet access. The latest you’ll receive this notification will be July 20th 2026. Anytime I’ve got a signal I’ll be checking for new registrations, but the absolute latest that access will be granted is by 7/20.
